Xpdf-intl is a patched version of Xpdf with support for localization using gettext. Xpdf is a viewer for Portable Document Format (PDF) files.
That means: you could use xpdf in your language.
Currently there are several translations in progress: brazilian portuguese, catalan, dutch, french, german, italian, polish, russian, spanish, turkish..
Feel free to support and help this by translating xpdf into your language !
